Assuming you will apply to med school while doing the postbac, Which would you choose and why? One of these is definitely easier and more stressfree than the other...

If you do Temple and meet their requirements you are obligated to attend Temple Med. If you do not meet their requirements, chances are you won't wow many other med schools either.
The GTown program is not designed to get into GTown med, but to apply during the program to other, SMP-friendly schools.
Again, if you are accepted to Temple and meet their academic standards during the program (3.5 GPA) you will attend their school, if you get a 3.5 or less at GTown the chances are slimmer that you will attend any med school at all. From what I've heard GTown's med-acceptance rate for the SMP-year is largely exaggerated, as is its reputation. This is possibly because the program is very challenging. On the other hand, if you do amazing in GTown, you have a few more schools that will look at your application.
