Something about not being fully integrated into the came but recognising that wild zoo is called dubz unnerves me because I’m mostly caught up and integrated and it took me a while to realise let alone actually call them dubz

Makes me think is a wolfchat tell
I still like this bunny

Is KD left out for paranoia of bus?
I dunno if it’s all the village reading of me but they make me warm and fuzzy

Its mostly because I know they can be more villagey and are like, the likeliest bus shaped bus vote.

Like, I think they are more likely a villa still, but the villa feels / arguments are lower than the rest of the blocc so yeah

@WildZoo I think you've claimed to have a good genny read in the past (in a game you pocketed me, oops)--what say you?

Not genny?
I need to look back at genny when I have time, I haven't been around at the same time as her much. She wasn't top of my mind for today, but off the cuff I don't have an issue with her being on the board.

oh this is a very good point

I don't think it's actually that hard to figure out if you're the kind of person who wants to know but doesn't want to ask

Like I cannot emphasize enough how "figuring out someone's very public nickname without asking" being punished with a mafia read is kind of ostracizing and bad for the community wrt welcoming new players in

Regardless of their alignment, but frankly I really don't think it's alignment indicative (ai)

SIR I WAS ASLEEP MOST OF THE TIME

I still am not convinced on SAR...like I would think she would try to keep the santy wagon built up if her packmates kitz and clem were being thrown out as yeet options
Are you feeling like Clem is a hit?

Unofficial Day 2 Yeet Tally
Dubz (1) - Mrs Queequeg 26
SAR (1) - Spurs
genny (2) -Santy, fruit
Zenge () -
Clem (3) - SAR 14, Zenge 61, samac 53,
Wasp (2) - Dubz 57, kcalb 17
Santy () -

This makes 86 posts for me... so, I'm probably gonna take a break for a bit.

Much as I would enjoy being right on my original Clem read, I still don't like his wagon. Wasp is pretty low-hanging fruit.

So I would like to ask everyone to comment specifically on a binary genny/SAR choice.

Okay so here we go, here's all the data up to this point.

My analysis of the data says that from a purely mathematical standpoint, Santy, Beans, Spurs, Fruit, and Toberto are the most obvious villagers.

Granted this should always be read as a supplement to the thread, not a replacement for it.

Some interesting things of note:
At present, SAR's total effort to push players, is at dead neutral 0. This is also true for Squee mind you, but they haven't posted much yet.

That's not necessarily wolfy, mind you. Samac for example, and Dead Moon both focused more on building bloccs than on pushing wolves. Where it starts to get questionable is where she has the second highest value of people calling her a wolf, only after Dead Wolf Kitz. Samac for example has a lot of people village reading her, but again you could point to Dead village moon for an example of a village case where there were people calling her a wolf, and her primary focus being block building but it's not as large of a disparity.

Moving on to genny, her numbers are fairly low on both fronts. She's mostly flown under the radar. Her and SAR both had the highest number of positive things to say about Kitz.

Kitz who was mostly quite on people was most positive about Samac, Kclab, and Fruit, and most Negative on Clem, Moon, and Santy. The only notable name here is Clem, but it's just such a low number it's hard to attribute it to much though could be distancing.

Mathematically Wasp's Pro-Kitz stance is equal to my saying "it's not kitz". But it was more genny's pro-Wasp stance that made me question Wasp, but it could be a genny ruse. Depends if genny is actually a wolf, and if she did it to set up a Wasp misyeet in case she went over. That being said, mathematically, Wasp technically looks worse, but this early in the game, it's all pretty fuzzy.

If you eliminate the data points of Clem trying to push me and Santy, then actually Clem does have the worst score on the board.

Anyway, while there's a lot of data, and it's interesting to analyze, there's no silver bullet here at the moment and it's not a substitute for reading the thread although I feel it does provide some interesting insights.

I'm sorry, you lost me.

Are you saying SAR looks wolfy because she hasn't pushed many players despite being wolf-read?

I honestly don't follow what you're saying about genny in relation to The Wasp at all.
If you eliminate the data points of Clem trying to push me and Santy, then actually Clem does have the worst score on the board.
Why would you eliminate data points?

explain in a significant amount of detail why the sum total is -98 and how this affects the gamestate
That means nothing.

I believe the sum along the right side is how other players are perceiving a player. The sum at the bottom details whether or not a player is making pushes (negative numbers) or building bloccs (positive numbers).

So, overall there have been 98 more pushes than attempts to defend someone.

oooooh I could just spam negative reads about dubZ and ensure she can't come back
There are different number calculated for the two. I'd be able to see it, and re-evaluate by normalizing against it

Oh that's not really a significant value, but it means the game as a whole has pushed each other as wolves 98 more times than it's identified each other as village

i think i’m even more confused by that spreadsheet because i dont know how making pushes or building bloccs is alignment indicative

i guess i’m confused what i’m supposed to be getting from this

so it’s not meant to be analysis of alignment?

As fun as it is to look at the sums like a leaderboard, it really isn't especially useful. Or at least, the bottom sum isn't especially useful.

The right sum gives a sense of how someone is being read over the entire thread.

The most useful piece is honestly probably using it for pair analysis.

I'm sure @Zenge142 can comment more since he made the damn thing, but at least this is how I would utilize it, as someone who didn't design it. It is probably always going to be most useful for the person who designed it because they designed it to answer the questions they find important.

so it’s not meant to be analysis of alignment?
I'd say generally the sum total number on the bottom is a measure of how often someone is pushing people as wolves and the sum total on the right side is how often they're getting wolf read or village read.

So a high number into the negatives on the bottom means they're pushing a lot of wolves, and a high number into the positives means they spend more time village reading people.

A high number in the positives on the right means they're getting village read a lot, and a high number in the negatives means they're getting wolf read.

So if the Disparity of the sums on the bottom is a larger negative than the sum on the bottom it means they're pushing people a lot, and getting a lot of village reads for it.

But if the Disparity of the sums is a larger positive than the sum on the bottom, it means they're getting a lot of wolf reads from people and not really pushing people much.

Neither is necessarily affiliation indicative, per se, but it's at times notable.
