positive development imo. Too much variability in training. There are some FMG interns who were attendings in their home country at my school’s FM and IM residency programs and they literally don’t know how to interpret basic labs or formulate a plan. At least some in medicine still have a backbone. Can’t say the same for the medical association of Illinois or Wisconsin since they literally sponsored the bills.

That was funny to me as well but I feel like they were really talking about other countries but didn’t want to directly say it so as to not be politically incorrect
