tentative list of schools

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I think your list is top-heavy with highly-selective, research-intense institutions, considering you don't have research. Adding some more mid-range selectivity schools is a good idea. Research-intense schools will admit some students who are outstanding in leadership or community service, but you don't give enough detail to judge the quality of those ECs. In general, your activities are nicely varied and make you look like a well-rounded, interesting person.

Strongly consider Vanderbilt & Baylor, too

It looks as if you just listed a bunch of elite med schools without regard to how well you would fit in. Since you have no research activity, it makes little sense to apply to schools with a heavy research emphasis. You have very solid numbers, but your focus is clinical, not academic. You should look at schools that emphasize clinical, not research aspects. You might want to consider schools like Jefferson, St Louis U, Med Col of Wisconsin, and Loyola, as well as the SUNYs (Upstate, Buffalo, Downstate).
