To all the interns that are about to finish and start rad-onc,

Did you guys apply already for a TEP (temporary educational permit) or license in whatever state you are starting residency? Any reply is appreciated, as I have not yet recieved my application for a TEP yet, and I am wondering if you guys have already done this.

You normally aren't left alone about this. Contact your program as they likely have plans to help you through this process. In some states, it can take months. In others, it is a very quick process. In my state, we didn't apply until 2 weeks prior to starting.

You're almost there... :D

For a TEP, the program will take care of it for you.
If you took step3 and want to moonlight, get a license now.
