I think right under the part where they talk about terminal and nonterminal alkenes they talk about disubstituted ones? And thats what turns into ketones+C02.
yes disub becomes ketones
primary alochols can become aldehyes/cooh
secondary alochols become ketones...
so if you oxidize something that is disub it will become a ketone...

if its terminal alkene then CO2
for O3/Zn/H20 it will oxidize and alkene into an aldehyde unless its also disub then it will become a ketone
