Anyone else have trouble with test anxiety? I just took a test today for my summer foreign language course and I knew most things (roughly 95% of it that I would help others, know all the questions asked in class, etc.) Test comes, I panicked, made some really dumb stupid errors and the grade as a result obviously isn't indicative my potential.

I just have a problem with keep doubting myself, panicking during tests, etc. Overthinking things.

Tips???

Find a way to breathe/meditate during your exams. Calming your mind makes a huge difference.

Be consistent. If you do consistently well on assignments, quizzes, and tests, the inevitable test you do mess up will essentially be averaged out.

(Unless you always have this problem on tests, in which case I'm not helpful.)

Are you at your regular university? If so go to the Learning Center or Student Acadrmic Services or whatever they call it and ask for help. Test anxiety can be controlled. Good luck!
