So I really want to break 220 (preferably 225-230) and I was on pace for that. My last NBME was 219 about 2 weeks ago. But it seems as I get to the test I start to feel like I know nothing at all. Does this happen to anyone else? My Uworld just broke 60% overall but towards the end I was in the 70'-75%.. I guess I am just saying that I felt prepared but now in the last few days everything is spinning in my head and I can't think of anything. Any good advice on how to deal with this feeling?

I felt the same way, so two days before the test I took a NBME. A lot of people will tell you not to do that so close to the exam, but I really needed to either extinguish my anxiety or push my exam back. Luckily, the NBME went great and I felt a lot better about the thought of taking the real thing two days later. So, maybe an option for you.

If you've been studying all along and are breaking 70s in UW, then you will be fine.

It's normal to get cold feet. Be confident in your preparation. You have worked hard!!

Thanks guys I kinda get this before a lot of tests. But maybe will how much info there is I can't possibly keep it straight in my head. Hopefully when I get to a question I can narrow down my knowledge base. Either way I can look at it as I did my best.

Im part of Thursday crew as well...and I feel the same way...But, I think we did all we could and we are going to give it all to this exam..so have no regrets or fear. It is what it is...

Good Luck tommorrow!
