I had a notable testing irregularity at my exam yesterday. However, the NBOME makes it sounds like I'm supposed to report then and there. I'm not a confrontational person, so I just let it go at the time. But I'm wondering if it's still too late to report an adverse testing condition?

It's not too late, here is what I found on the USMLE page under the heading "Exam Day and Testing", scroll down to "Unanticipated Testing Conditions"

But it says to report on the day of your exam and I didn't do that?
It says you have 10 days to report it and that the post-exam survey is not an official problem report.

Since you can't go back in time and mention it on your test day, I still think it is worth it to try to report it and explain why you didn't feel able to confront at the moment

No but it says I was supposed to notify the test center staff the day of and notify the USMLE program 10 days after. So it sounds like I've already forfeited my right to complain since I didn't notify the staff the day of the exam.
