Hey guys,
I'll be starting my CA-3 year in Texas later this year and am looking into potentially going to Nor. Cal (mainly the bay and its surrounding areas)at a private practice gig. I know the area is quite saturated and that groups tend to cherry pick from grads from the state. Any ideas as to how I should tackle this? I did my intern year in Oakland and fell in love with the area. Also, my wife is from San Jose so she is itching to get back. I know the state is having hard economic times so any insight into how that has affected Anesthesiology there would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
