I have successfully passed the three parts of the CDCA-WREB-CITA exam on my first attempt: Anterior Restorative, Periodontics, and Prosthodontics, as well as Endodontics. However, I did not pass the Posterior Restorative portion after three attempts, with my last failure attributed to misleading information from the examiners.

I am planning to apply to Texas Dental License
Could you please inform me if there are any additional requirements I need to complete?
Can I only retake the Posterior Restorative portion?
Additionally, what documentation is needed to verify that I have completed the 80 hours of clinical training through a CODA-accredited dental school?

Contact your dental school and also contact TSDBE. They can point you in the right direction.
