I have read a little about the ECSB act that was passed in Texas,
O.D.'s there believe this is very important legislation that will give them some kind of billing leverage with medical insurance companies.
They say it could and should be pushed by the AOA and State Optometry Associations in all states.
Does anyone have anymore information about exactly what this means ?
Could it be a bit of good news for the profession ?
