I was accepted to a Texas public medical school and I still have 12 months of the Ch33 remaining. From what I understand, I need to use up all of these benefits before I can start the Hazlewood Act. By the time I use up all of my GI Bill, I will have already exceeded 150 cumulative credits.

The websites states that it covers"all tuition, dues and most fees - Up to 150 credit hours maximum".
It's all very confusing to me because the FAQ cover only the most typical scenarios. I called a .gov number and was told "yes" that it would cover my Medical school tuition. I reminded him that my credit hours already exceed 150 hrs since I began college, and he paused for a bit and then said "yes".

I like reassurances so I was wondering if anyone out there was in a similar situation and can confirm that the Hazlewood Act will cover my medical school tuition.

All other threads seem to talk about using Hazlewood under parent legacy benefits for undergrad.
Thanks.

It will cover part of it. I used GI Bill for 2 years (edit for clarity: I used 2 years prior to med school and 2 years during med school) and then Hazlewood for most of the rest. Your best bet is to speak with your school's financial aid office. They'll be able to lay out exactly what will be covered, and will get the process moving for you.
