I'd agree with Ceti on this, why on Earth would you trade NYC unless you believe everything's bigger in Texas...

Current boss is opening a pharmacy in Texas. He wants me to go down there once every 2 weeks to inspect the pharmacy, train new staff, take care of business issues, inspect paperworks to be audit proof, etc.

I spent roughly 1000$ and got approval to test. A YEAR AGO....lol i never took it. I wanted to keep my options open, then realized it sucks everywhere, and i just want out. i'm not going to spend thousands of dollars renewing 10-15 licenses every 2 years for jobs that are being phased out in a saturated field that is dying. i see a lot of pharms doing this in hopes of grass being greener on the other side. But lemme tell ya, It's Brown crab grass EVERYWHERE.....

Yeah those tests are hit or miss as far as difficulty goes, some are ridiculous, some you can just plain over think....who ever creates the questions needs a serious talk most of the time...lol

Tell him I said good luck and that I'd act as his external liaison for a fee.
There is a *strong* good old boy system in place for independents in Texas.

EDIT: and I'll buy you a beer if you're ever in Austin
