I am an OOS applicant applying to Texas schools. I heard a rumor that all OOS accepted students get a "scholarship" so they end up paying in state tuition. How true is that for....

Tech Lubbock, Dell (Austin), and Long SOM (San Antonio) offer those for sure. i think the rest of the schools do as well, but i know of those 3 for sure. Also, Baylor is private so idk if the scholarship thing applies to them.
