Does anyone know when their last interview dates are? I know they send out decisions on Feb. 1st but that's it.

I'm getting interviews from other schools but none from anywhere in Texas...

Check each school's website. The latest overall are in the first few weeks of January.

Baylor's last interview date is Febuary 14, they send out invites up through january.
