Texas Tech El Paso Vs UTSD-Houston

Hello guys I could really use your help right now. I'm stuck between two schools and would appreciate any insight/advice on how to go about choosing a school thats right for me.

School 1: El Paso (IS)
Pros:

• P/F grading scale
• Small class size of 60
• New facility
• Have the feeling I could make a huge impact in this undeserved region

Cons:

• New program. I do not have enough info to see how it stacks up against other schools
• Far from family
• My wife hates it

School 2: UTSD-Houston (IS)
Pros:

• Faculty are nice and program is solid
• One building where I will be spending D1-D4
• Close to family
• My wife loves it

Cons:

• Large class size of 100+
• Felt not needed since the area is saturated with dentists/dental students

Summary: I have a family, so I have to consider their wishes while still factoring in what I want. What would you guys do? Getting into Houston is a dream come true, but I feel like El Paso has potential. Thoughts?
