What is the difference between B and D? Is this an error or something?

I notice that this happens every so often on BC generators. Kind of makes finding the correct choice a no-brainer. The answer choices are identical. If you select choice D you would also get the answer correct, I've tested it.

I don't think this would be a likely DAT bio question. I'm guessing color (reddening) of the gingiva.
