I have rearch the forums but cant find any good suggestion.

I am wondering whether it's essential to send a thank you letter after the MD school interview? If yes, e-mail? handwritten letter? and when is the best time to send them? What should I include in the letter?

I have heard different options over the internet. I will really appreciate if someone can give me an input.
