For those who sent them, did u do it via email or snail mail?

depends how much i liked the school.
 
I did mine thru snail mail, but I would suggest both.
 
just to clarify, when i say both, i mean one or the other. i didn't send both an email and a letter to the same person.
 
i sent an email to temple. another school emailed me thanking me for interviewing at their school, so i sent a thank you email back.

i sent snail mail thank yous to the other ones. i ended up typing them up b/c my handwriting can look like a disaster.
 
At this point in the cycle when they are making some quick decisions I would go with the email approach to all the important people in your interview. Then I would send one in the mail to the admissions office as a broad thank you letter. I would rather them have an informal thank you in time to make their decision, rather than a formal thank you letter showing up after the decision has been made.
