Just wondering what everyone's take is on thank you notes. I'm thinking about sending handwritten thank you's to all my interviewers. Iserson says to send a thank you letter only to the PD, but that just seems too...sterile...to me. Any thoughts?

If you write, keep the letters very short. Long letters do not get read. I have seen letters getting a glance then filed.
