The 3rd LOR

Wondering if someone can shed some light on the choice of LOR that are normally sent...

If you have a great LOR from your psych attending who knows you, would you include that as one of you 3 LOR or is it really important to send one from internal medicine or another more related field? Does it matter at all?

I think it's best to pick an attending from medicine or surgery; however, I think it's also okay to pick an attending from any basic clerkship.

I did well with the following letters:

1) PhD Research Advisor
2) Neuro-op Faculty
3) Pediatrics Faculty
