I took the recommendations that you guys gave me, along with recs from other EM physicians on Reddit, Facebook, and people I know, regarding the most useful emergency medicine apps and put them together in one long list:

Ortho - Ortho Flow ($4.99) This is the best ortho app ever made in my opinion! Super easy to navigate and tells you everything you need to know and then some
Peds - Pedistat ($4.99)
