The biggest problem with the DO degree

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Yes. Absolutely. This thought pops up in the back of my mind every time a newbie starts a thread on the DO forums and an SDN veteran growls 'do a search.'

Or Google just drops it as an insignificant word.

Is there a way to make a Google search case sensitive?

"D.O."

It also has the benefit of screening out any website too lazy to appropriately spell the term. Full disclosure: I am too lazy to appropriately spell the term. That's a lot of punctuation.

I also can't tell at a glance whether someone is just emphasizing that you need to DO something... or whether it's a reference to being a D.O. 🙁 Tough life.

It's D.O. So it shouldn't be a problem 😀

...is that searching "DO" with Ctrl+F never works.

amirite?

Did you mean illuminati?

Or maybe...
While MD schools have alumni,
DO schools have.... ALUMNIATI!

Heh, no. It was a reference to the series of jokes best captured in videos like this, which is incidentally the inspiration for my profile pic.
-Warning 1: Jump scare in last 20 seconds of video
-Warning 2: Video is very loud
-Warning 3: IQ points may be lost and converted to awesome

I watched that whole video.
Pretty sure I'm going to flunk out of medical school now.
Worth it.

Lebron James is illuminati. He played for the fighting Irish in high school. If you take a D.O. Degree and put it in between his name he becomes Lebron D. O'James. We are now all illuminati.

Edit: add x-files music while reading my post

If my last name was do I would name my kid John or Jane. Wouldn't be able to resist.
