I've heard from many sources how prestigious UCSF anc UCLA are, but have not read about anyone's experience there as either a sub-I, a resident, or as an interviewee. Anyone have any thoughts on the program structure, resident comraderie, resident responsibility in gen surg years, and breadth of plastics program? Were people impressed about these places on their interview? Thanks 🙂
