The checkbox next to my Institutions Attended is considered incomplete.

I've sent in my transcripts and filled out my coursework as well as colleges attended. Are there any other steps I need to take in order for the box to become orange?

Anecdotal - I opened and saved to computer each college's "Transcript request form" one more time, and the box disappeared.

Yeah I attended summer courses at BU.

Under the Institutions tab there click on the "Add Degree" button next to your school. For the school that you didn't earn a degree from select "No Degree" from the dropdown menu.
