Anybody knows what MSPE's means? How important is the Dean's letter for residency application?

Medical student performance evaluation.

Pretty much same **** as dean's letter, except the AAMC have some suggested guideline on how to present information on the MSPE's now, rather than random, school-specific format dean's letters used to be.
