Do you think that an hour in the gym 3-4 times week is just as beneficial as spending those 3-4 hours in a book? In undergrad the more time I spent in the gym the less time I had to spend studying. Now that I have avoided the gym (not by choice) to study it seems that my memory is begining to suffer. What do you think? 😕
