what did you do, or what do you plan on doing this final summer between our first and second years? just curious to hear what everyone's planning on doing...this time is so precious, I don't want to waste it!

I spent the summer teaching for the Minority Medical Education Program and doing my thesis research (history of medicine). I was busy, but oh was the money good (we get money from our office of student research for summer work). Do make sure you have some fun, though. I went to New Orleans for about a week at the end of the summer.
