When are your finals, how many exams do you have? Got 4 next week, and and tests and a whole lot of home-works and assignments.

I only have two finals during my school's final week, which begins a week from Monday. Next week I have my last exam for evolution and ecology, the practical for the evolution and ecology lab, an Orgo exam, and my take-home final for my developmental nuerobiology class.

During finals week I have my orgo final and my online final for my a&p lecture.

I'm at work!
I never have to think about the MCAT EVER so I'm happy.
I have a week of work left before I quit and take a month off before medschool!

Push through and rock that mcat and know that its all worth it at the end!

Sorry, you're not feeling well, berriesandcream. I felt as if I didn't get a weekend, it just went by so fast. And the job is getting on my nerves these last weeks. I just keep telling myself to take deep breaths and forget about it because in 10 weeks I get to quit and go to med school! Woot!

You are very lucky! Enjoy your month off for me! I am taking off one week before med school. I need the money so it wouldn't be smart to take off more time.

yay, phnerd, I'm so glad you got back up and shook it off! This journey is definitely tough!

but, man, with that state of mind, let me tell you, you're not the only one 🙂
 
Spring semester grades come out tomorrow at my school. This was my first semester in my postbacc. I hope I got a 4.0 but will be happy with anything above a 3.8. I just hope I didn't get a B+ in gen chem. I'm turning into a premed gunner. Never would have imagined.
 
My finals were all last week so I'm on a Scrubs/Archer marathon on Netflix....I needed a break from apps!
Good luck to all the late-nighters who still have finals!
 
I got done with finals last week and now I'm studying MCAT physics.
 
MCAT physics is soundly kicking my ass.

Conservation of Momentum = :bang:

All of physics other than big 5 w/out trig components = :boom:

Don't know if this will make you guys more or less depressed, but, as a resident, I'm night coverage in the NICU. It's quiet, so what am I doing?

Contemplating my personal statement for my fellowship application, and giving half-assed attempts at my two quality improvement/research projects...

It never really ends. :lame:
 
I haven't been able to sleep all night and have work tomorrow. 🙁

Otherwise, I am waiting for med school to start in just 11 weeks. :woot:
I am very nontrad and not in school right now, just working a kind of boring job, waiting for my life to actually begin. 🙂

Sitting here in the ER waiting for my overnight shift to end while babysitting drunks and drug seekers and caring for the few true/actual emergencies.

But more importantly counting down..... 9 more ER shifts between me and med school graduation.! 😀

Feeling pretty crappy with a sinus infection.

Also pretty mad at someone who gave me a movie to borrow and watch called Human Centipede. They told me it was a great movie.

For those of you who have never seen it:

Human Centipede = :barf:
Lesson learned: Don't watch a movie w/o getting a synopsis on it first and that maybe I need better friends? :laugh:

The only thing that's more messed up than that movie are the writers. Who comes up with that? Also, apparently they're making a sequel with 12 people attached. :uhno:

There is something very wrong with the movie industry...
 
Honestly, whatever happened to good horror movies? I used to love horror movies when I was younger but have moved away from the genre because the movies are just sick. This reminds me of Hostel and Devil's Rejects.

Yeah, I saw where Wikipedia says they are making a sequel to the Centipede. Who is paying to see this stuff? 🙄

Another weekend flew right by... back to work in the AM. <sigh>
 
about to start writing my engl final essay which is due today by 12:45...😡 i thought it was due wed. good thing i found a paper with the due date written on top
 
Didn't sleep well last night so was very tired all day. :d Got home late tonight after my yoga/pilates class.

Only 8 more weeks before I can quit my job! 🙂
