I hope we hear soon! The facebook group is growing I noticed..
I do not know if this is on anyone else's mind so I want to throw this out there:
This is my second time interviewing with ECU and here are the results.
1st time I was denied I met with the admissions director and was told to get my DAT score up, apply earlier, and have a committee letter.
I brought my AA to 19; applied in August, interviewed in Dec. Was denied in march of that year.
The 2nd time I was denied I met again with admissions and was told to do more community outreach and apply early.
I went to all NC MOM Clinics this year and applied early as well has had a great committee letter ( I did not waive my right to read).
I do not know if i will meet with admissions this year due to the fact I am hearing a lot of people being told the same things, to apply early; get that committee letter; and volunteer.
As I look at the entering class I can't help but wonder how many clinics these individuals have went to or their willingness to work in under served areas.
I am happy for those who were accepted but am confused on to what standards are others being held to.
Anyone who has been denied care to share if they had been told similar information?
It is soooo late... I'm assuming rejection?
Im in the class of 2016, I'd say we have about 3-4 that are 30+. I think the average age of our class was 25-26. I'm 27 myself.Does anyone know of any non-traditional students (over 30) being accepted to ECU?? Seems as though they have very few if any non-trad students in any of their classes so far. Is it a waste of time to apply there if you are in the over 30 crowd??
Thanks

Good question. & nope. Just checked both mobile and full sites. Both still say "Received/Under Review" for ECU.Was your aadsas status changed?
