I think many of you will agree that today is a great day to officially prepare for the May 22nd MCAT!!!

I was against the April 2015 MCAT because a typical 3 month schedule doesn't seem to work for
students and/or working test takers. With a little over 4 months of preparation we can go in with confidence!
It's all new and really scary--so let's kick MCAT butt together!!

I was also wondering, wouldn't many professional MCAT test takers and tutors want to take the MCAT 2015 as soon
as possible (April MCAT) so they can better they're material or teaching? Wouldn't that just destroy the curve?

I'm for sure less nervous now. I was fortunate enough to be 90-100th percentile overall, so its basically now a matter of whether my score is good or really really good. The floor is pretty high

I am much more nervous now because I did unexpectedly horribly on one section (CARS), and my range included below 50%. My overall is 80-90%, but if I got below 50% on CARS... I don't know what I'll do. So yeah, not very stressful if you know that you did well. Otherwise, it's hell

I'm in the exact same situation. It's awful.

I did even worse on CARS but for some reason I'm not that nervous. I'm applying to the same schools either way

So I just had to resend my transcript. If it takes them 7-17 business days to mark it as received, and then they start the verification process, I will be so god damn late in the cycle. Thanks for significantly f-ing me over UPS.

How mad would you guys be if they announced that they had technical difficulties and weren't releasing the scores until tomorrow?

Do you all think that instead of using the percentiles for the overall, med schools may convert individual sections and calculate an old MCAT score and then just treat the psych score separately? Scared b/c my overall was fine compared to that but psych and soc brought my average up higher...

Worst part for me is.... everyone around me "so did you get your score? how'd you do? what's your score?" NO I DID NOT GET MY ****ING SCORE PLEASE STOP ASKING ME

Everyone keeps asking me "wait, didn't you already get your score?" No, that was just a cruddy estimate of my score.

I'm refreshing so fast that I probably won't even notice when the link changes to "View scores" or whatever.

Soo serious question. I'm sitting in an armchair in the lobby of a building and there's tons of people around. If I accidentally pee myself when the scores get released, what do I do?
I would say run but the blood rushing from your head/adrenaline might actually cause you to faint and then you'll be passed out in a puddle of pee

LOL I'll pretend I'm having a seizure and get taken to the ER. This might be the only way I'll ever get into a hospital, depending on how bad my score is.
