You can hear the pain that they have been through in their songs, and you also hear of how they fought and broke away from the pain.

Wow I must be young cuz I just heard that song Journey-Don't Stop believing, I had to hear it. Its okay, not my thing. But kudos to those that like the song.

I'm not sure if anyone here is into instrumentals but if you are, then the score the The Shawshank Redemption has some really motivational tunes. If you haven't seen the movie, watch it and take note of all of the inspirational music, then find those tracks on the CD. My recommendation is the one tune that the movie plays right when Andy Dufresne exits the long pipe to escape from the prison. He falls into a little creek, stands up, and then raises his hands up high to celebrate freedom.
