hey leukcoyte, did you ever get a chance to read "walk on water"? there's a great quote in there from a pediatric ct surgeon that goes roughly something like: "just because you love pediatric cardiac surgeon doesn't mean you'll get to be one". i think he was implying that you gotta be one of the jedi knights to make it that far. good luck man. i heard they make you sign over your personal life if you make it that far.

If you haven't read this book, I highly recommend it. I thought it was wicked good.
