Clean air?By that definition, nothing can be considered a right. Clean air also costs people time and money.
I'm not saying healthcare is a right, just that that particular argument is weak.

No one is forcing a doctor to work for free. That's not a thing. But there should be a mechanism that someone in extremis can be seen, whether that is through good will or government sponsored care.
