Hey
Yes, that book is very helpful and straightforward, as it is in Q and A format-- no digging through statutes. However, to be on the safe side, I still glanced at the blueprint the Board sent to make sure I covered everything. I did go over some things in the statutes for reinforcement but not crazily. If you know what is in that book, you should pass.
I also bought a quiz type application from pharmacyexam.com to practice-- those practice questions were good too... as it gave me confidence
I studied maybe like a week and a half.. that might seem short... but typing out the information from the BOOK... reading out loud and typing it, made it stick in my head. The material was also reinforced through the quizzes and skimming the statutes to keep my mind at ease.
But I will tell you, that exam is very very tricky.. the wording is crazy... just be alert.... drink your coffee on that day🙂
Also read every choice before selecting an answer.
I swear all of the answers seemed right at times... I narrowed it to two choices on some questions.. and both still seemed right.. But I am just glad I passed.
Besides, I wish they would stop the tricking game and make the test straightforward......Other than that.. don't blow studying off. It is great to pass the first try
