therapeutic protocols

I'm sorry, maybe it is just me, but I don't really get what you are asking. Can you rephrase?

I'm not sure I understand your question either. NCCN is great for Onc, but for all of medicine, your best bet is an online resource like UptoDate (subscription, your school might subscribe) or Medscape (which is surprisingly decent). They maintain curated articles that walk you through basic diagnostic and therapeutic protocols. There are manuals for all of the major fields as well (e.g. The Wash Manuals, The MGH green binder pocket book, Harriet Lane for Peds, etc...). Everyone has their favorites. Is there a specific discipline you're looking for?

not a specific discipline, just for academic purposes, to see an overview of all guidelines
