I posted this at the bottom of another thread but thought I would share to give us all hope:

you realize it's a lot harder to get in now, right? there was a period when the number of applicants to number of seats was ALMOST 1 to 1. you can't really compare between the 70's and present. dont let this quote give you hope, people. let's remain miserable.

I was accepted into the class of 2010 this last year, which was highly competitive, with a D, a D-, and a W on my transcript. Luckily, I'm so freaking sexy, that I got accepted to multiple schools.

Yes getting D here and there is not so bad as long as your GPA is above 3.0+ 😀 with awesome DAT scores
