hey guys,

i am stuck in a little bit of a dilemma. my boss makes promises but always screws me over in the end. i wanted to ask for a transfer but i know he wont transfer me to a different store in the area. i was wondering if i could put in my 2 weeks and go work for the same chain in a different state. Or by putting in my 2 weeks would i be burning a bridge with the company? let me know what you guys think.

Why don't you transfer to a different state? If it's a different district, your current PDM doesn't have that much say (assuming you truly are a pharmacy student).

ahhhhhhhh pharmacy politics bull****.

here is what i would do. line up a job with a different company, then approach your current company saying listen i want a transfer to another store. if they refuse, then you drop the hammer on them and leave. only do this when you have another job to go to.
