Applicants with lower stats get in.
My opinions are a weak letter of recommendations and a mismatch with schools goals.
My intuition you did not present yourself well in the essays. For example, Did you explain how those hours volunteering/shadowing made you mature?

My application was reviewed by the my home school director of the program. All the letters were revise and look at. I don't think the issue is letters. There has to be something else. One letter or 2 cannot define someone acceptance or rejection. My letter of recommendations are something that I have no control over. I don't even what they wrote but my hi school advisor told me they look good before she send them out. Overall, I think there has to be something else.

That's true. But in your case with okay grades, this is a place where you need to shine for them to notice you.

I don't know either, but I could usually see how much enthusiasm they had while we had a short meeting (where I asked them to write one). I gave my personal essay and transcript and answered their questions during our meeting. If someone can tell about you in a very good way compare to those generic ones (I heard) where they copy and paste and add your name.

If you think none of these applies to you, then you in a good shape. You'll get post-dec interviews. Good luck to you!

Thank you so much. For some reason sdn just decide to take down my post. I post they take it down and it is annoying so I delete it. I am just seating here patiently and seen what happens .. been down these road so now we shall see what happens .
