excellent, although #50 could get you into a lot of trouble. working like every day was your last shift likely involves telling off the frequent flyer who called you for the 10th time that week resulting in the poor outcome of someone with an actual emergency...although, come to think of it I have mentioned that to folks before, however in a more honest way than not: "sir, do you realize that we are the only ambulance covering this part of the county and if someone has a real emergency right now their care will be delayed because we are taking care of your hangnail/ canker sore, splinter/insert low acuity abusive 911 call here".
