Thomas Jefferso University?

I just got an email from pharmcas that they're adding this school.
I looked it up and it's accepting its first class in 2008.
I'm considering applying, since I'm not super confident in my stats and new schools are supposively easier to get into.

Is there anyway to predict if a school is going to be accredited or not? Are most new pharmacy programs at well established colleges accredited? What do you guys think about thomas jeffereson? It has nursing and PT, OT, etc. Think it has a good chance?

Im not applying to any new schools. I was going to apply to UCSD but I dont think that it's a good match for me. I love living in La Jolla, but never really felt comfy in UCSD. The tuition seems nice though.
