What do you guys write?
Should I write something related to medicine?
I pretty much said everything about me on the primary essay...

I would think about what else you can bring to the table in addition to the 5300 characters on the PS. I just completed UCSD and Vanderbilt which ask for 2 page or 2000 word Autobiographical sketches. Those are painful!

Pretend you had a great PS but you couldn't include everything or even expand much on your points. These essays are a great place to include things. Talk about your soft skills (as I assume your PS refers to experiences/motivations). g'luck!
 
Tell them everything. If they want you to tell them about yourself they're looking more of a guage of the type of person you are, not neccesarily a resume of everything you've done. Interests, hobbies, activities, hopes, dreams, maybe relationships. A quick overview of work/volunteer/research pertaining to your application, what you enjoyed about each. What you majored in, why, did you enjoy it? Just write about yourself, it's an open-ended essay.
