No, just know O N F C's atomic number and rough atomic mass and you'll be good.
 
Well, in the actual PCAT they will give you the atomic number/mass of the elements that you need to know for the a given questions. So, if you are worrying about memorising the atomic number and mass then RELAX. But, KNOWING the first 3-4 periods is always useful. It helps in Ionization energy, electron affinity and all !

you don't need to know the first 3-4 period of nothing.... just the NOFC elements and you're set. Anything else like you said they provide for you.
