Will be a new pharmacy grad this May
No intern hours in the state where I want to work/live in
Considering doing something bad...really bad
Lying on pharmacy intern applications..
saying I am taking the year off and graduating next year
..so I can land an intern position..they say interns are usually hired to pharmacists right?
THEN taking the naplex next year instead...a year to study and hang out..
will it work?
thoughts?

How could literally throwing away 2% of your total, lifetime career earnings seem like a good idea?
That's why I think resident IQ temporarily drops in their final year of school to accept such a preposterous deal.This...
how could OP graduate pharmacy school and still think earning 1/3 - 1/2 wages for a year be a good idea? Mind blown.
Huh?
Why not, in this case, do a residency?
Ten bucks says OP's diploma will have
"... I guess" after Pharm.D
Huh?
Sparda is confused. This is right up your alley! This idea has Sparad29 written all over it!
While it's shady, it's definitely not a Sparda idea. He's all about that hustle. No way would he consider a scheme like this that results in him making less money. He'd find a way to work a deal to get an employer to vouch for the intern hours with some creative accounting involved.

lol..you know what? I really think I am without even being conscious of it...Wait, your plan is to get paid as much as a pharmacy tech for an entire year after you graduate? While your student loans are accumulating interest? A year to study for the Naplex? Buddy, you are going to forget more than you learn in that year. This sneaky idea doesn't seem to have any benefit. Are you just trying to run away from the responsibility of being a pharmacist?
Do not do this.
who is OP?Ten bucks says OP's diploma will have
