Thoughts on May 31st MCAT

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Best response I have heard... but there was a passage about fetal blood vessel development... I don't remember it being exactly like that.

I think my test was different than yours by a little bit in the bio section
Here are some of the topics on mine:
1. Hardy weinberg/rabbit ears stuff
2. FOP (muscle to bone disease)
3. Tumor and mRNA experiment.
4. Ciruclation/blood pressure during excercise and an experiment with a dog.
5. Kidney glucose/Na+ reabsorption.

that was on mine as well.

Wat was your thought for this whole test?

I didn't find it to be impossibly hard like everyone else thought. I actually thought this test was not bad at all (it's not easy but definately not the hardest either)
The PS section was not hard as long as u leave the hard passages to the end.
VR section: was definately ALOT easier than the AAMC verbal passages... (i usually get's 8 on those but this one i feel like i can get a 9 or 10)...
BS: the passages were pretty straight forward i thought. There was only about 3-4 questions that i wasnt completely sure about but still was able to make good educated guesses....

FOR THOSE WHO TOOK TPR And/OR EK TO PREPARE:

1. Which One, If Any, Better Prepared You ?

2. What's The Best Study Methods (for Each Section) To Use For TPR And/or EK?

Thanx !

I have TPR, EK, and K...
Averaged 36+ in the practice AAMC's, and still crashed and burned on the 31st... There were a few questions that were not covered in any of the prep courses.
Other than that, I'd say that most prep courses are over 90% similar.

What date are we lookin at for recieving our scores? I'm getting really antsy, and not am kinda holding back submitting my application b/c i'm really don't have a good feeling about my score:scared:

On or about July 3rd is what the AAMC site says.

On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the hardest MCAT practice test i've ever taken and 1 being the easiest, i think this may 31st test is somewhere around 3.

Overall, I'd say a 6 or 7. The science sections were not bad for me (I'd rate both at a 4) but VR was brutal (definitely a 10).
