Washington resident
Interested primarily in women's health and HIV/STIs/other infectious diseases

-Clinical volunteer activities
5 months of volunteering (4 hrs/week) in a clinic - includes EMR and lab processing

-Physician shadowing (include specialties and total hours)
AIDS 16 hrs, FP 24 hrs, OBGYN 5 hrs

-Research
Current masters student (Epi) with grad certificates in HIV/STIs and Maternal and Child Health, undergraduate microbio research paper and public health qualitative international research experience (including study design, IRB, etc)
Extensive exposure to research through job

-Nonclinical volunteer activities
Past volunteering as a tutor, house/yard clean up for seniors

-Employment
Currently work for a university giving grants in HIV, lots of exposure to research, work with clinician researchers extensively
Student government health promoter for 2 years in college

I'm ready to submit now - just finalizing my school list. Any thoughts or suggestions? Any good schools I'm missing

UCSF (I know this is a stretch - but dream school, so applying)

Do you know about UIllinois-Chicago's OOS tuition? It's like 73k!
