Title. In short, I have been racking my brain for something to write about for this essay for the past two weeks. Sports used to be what I lived for which has now turned into just lifting weights. I was no collegiate athlete or anything, but did have quite a few injuries that I overcame to continue to compete. I was thinking about tying this into resilience. My only issue is I feel like this is a stereotypical/cliche essay, but in my mind, it is better than nothing for the optional but not really optional essay. Would love some feedback or other thoughts on what people have written in the past in this section.

Did these injuries result in you having a serious disability? Does it affect your activities of daily living? Without more details, it's hard to advise.
Nothing long-term, broken arm, torn hamstring that left a gap, torn PCL in my left leg, and other minor injuries. No impact on my daily activities as I am still very active and in the weight room consistently with no problems.
