Throwaway School?

Applying this cycle with a low MCAT and sGPA (498 and 3.1-3.3 respectively depending on what Physio Psych classes AACOMAS allows to be part of my sGPA)
cGPA is 3.58
EC's are pretty good though and have built some "connections" at my local DO school in the southern mid west near the 4 Corners, for a geographic reference.

I'm retaking my MCAT in early June but want to get my app verified as early as possible so what "throwaway school" would anyone suggest applying to?

Also, I want to get my app in early but my grades from this semester will help my GPA slightly. Can I add them after my app is verified or should I wait? Grades should be out in about 2 weeks but I'm really trying to apply early.
