I would suggest getting a slow cooker if you can have one.

spaghetti and sauce with ground meat, veggies, and whatever else you want.

I second this question! Especially things that can be prepared in bulk then frozen

Chicken breast and veggies . In the oven for 25 mins on 350 degrees . I out grilled chicken ms dash on it and garlic and herb from dash on veggies

Here are 2 of my favorites:

Overnight oatmeal for breakfast - get a mason jar and into it put 1/2 cup of oats and 1 cup of milk. Add some sliced almonds, a handful of blueberries, and a little maple syrup if you like. Really you can put anything into it you like, fruits, nuts, etc. If you like it thicker, add a tablespoon of plain greek yogurt. Put the jar in the fridge overnight and voila. You can eat it cold or heat it up in the microwave for a minute.

Pulled pork. Slow cooker is best for this but you can do it in an oven-safe pot low and slow if you don't have one. Get a pork shoulder - usually pretty cheap per pound. Get an onion and cut it into good size wedges and layer those in the bottom of your slow cooker. Brown the pork for a few minutes on both sides in a frying pan, season generously with salt and pepper, and put it in the slow cooker. On top of it, pour about 2 cans worth of dark soda. I like Dr. Brown's Black Cherry, but Dr. Pepper and root beer both work. Don't worry - it won't add any weird flavor - it's just to tenderize the meat. Then, add 1 small can of chipotle peppers. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Your house will smell amazing. When it's falling apart, take the pork shoulder out and pull it apart on a large plate with 2 forks. You can make bbq sandwiches with your favorite sauce, or make carnitas tacos/burritos. The possibilities are endless and you will have enough tasty meat to last all week. I don't recommend reheating leftovers in the microwave, better to do it on the stove or in the oven. One of my favorite ways to use pork leftovers is bbq pork nachos. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

Enjoy!
